July 24th, 2010 - Tiger Town 5000 Run

During the Tiger Town 5K Run, the merchants hold a summer sidewalk event with craft and food vendors.

September 18th, 2010 - Liberty Days - Fall Festival

The Fall festival will be held in Sept. 19, 2009 and includes craft and food vendors along with games for the children, cake walks, a cook-off and a hot dog eating contest between the various high school athletic teams and an open contest. There is also entertainment including musicians and dancers. All proceeds go to village parks. This year's festival will have an ethnic theme.

December 4th, 2010 - Christmas Open House and Holiday Walk

The Christmas open house is held the first Saturday in December and includes food and craft vendors in the library annex along with Santa Claus, a movie for the children followed by a children's drawing for a number of prizes with a grand prize. The businesses also hold their holiday open houses at this time. Carolers roam the downtown area and entertainment is provided in the library annex. There are wagon rides through town and last year several residents opened their homes for tours.

At the close of the day, a lighting ceremony is held for the Christmas tree located near the railroad tracks.
